Michela Bellani holds a Law degree with a specialization in Corporate Law and Business Economics. During her academic career, she developed a strong interest in industrial property law in the context of emerging technologies, which became the focus of her thesis. This research allowed her to carry out an in-depth analysis of the legal dimensions of technological innovation and their implications for commercial law, providing her with solid expertise in one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving areas of legal studies.

She gained professional experience in the Legal Department of the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan, where she focused on IT law and Artificial Intelligence. In this role, she was directly involved in addressing the legal challenges arising from technological innovation, particularly those linked to the continuous updates of regulatory frameworks and their impact on financial markets, industrial property law, and business law.
