What We're Looking For
As an expert in international taxation and transfer pricing, your experience matters—but it's not everything. For this role, we are looking for someone with ideally minimum 3 years of experience in transfer pricing, acquainted with how the various international institutions have set up the rules and how the different regions have implemented them. We particularly value savviness on issues such as intangibles, intragroup services business restructurings and how the assess the tax and transfer pricing aspects of a value chain.
Beyond that, what we truly value is your burning ambition for technical excellence and your ability to translate that passion into actionable strategies that drive client success.

Position Details
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
- Primarily office-based with hybrid flexibility
- Start Q4 2025
We're seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to join our Amsterdam team and play a key role in enhancing and facilitating our way of working. You'll be part of the operational backbone that enables our partners and associates to focus on delivering exceptional client service while making sure our office runs seamlessly. You'll support three partners, including the Founder, in a fast-paced, global environment where two days are not the same. From coordinating complex international travel to managing day-to-day office operations, you'll be trusted with significant autonomy to anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative.
What You'll Do
Executive Support (Founding Partner, Senior Partner and Partner):
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones (Amsterdam/Abu Dhabi coordination)
- Coordinate extensive international travel arrangements and logistics
- Handle heavy internal and external communications with professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
- Prepare materials for meetings, client engagements, and presentations
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Amsterdam office
- Coordinate with vendors, manage supplies, and ensure smooth facility operations
- Handle administrative tasks that keep the office running efficiently
Team & Project Support:
- Assist with other team members’ projects and special initiatives as needed
- Help coordinate offsites, team meetings, and client-facing events in Amsterdam
- Support the broader team's operational needs during busy periods
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- At least 3 years of executive assistant or similar support role experience, preferably in a global environment
- Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Excellence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages welcome but not required)
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace suite preferred
- Experience coordinating international travel and cross-cultural communications
